Jans into quarter finals
Wendy Jans was in fine form this afternoon wasting no time in running out a 4-0 winner over Nickoleta Nicolova firing in breaks of 30, 42 and 50.
She will be joined in the quarters by the Russian duo of Daria Sirotina and Anastasia Nechaeva who also racked up 4-0 scorlines in no time at all beating France’s Linda Lassuat and Latvia’s Inese Lukashevska.
Anastasia will now face Roberta Cutajar in the quarters after she beat Diana Stateczny of Germany 4-1 with breaks of 33 and 45 helping her on her way.
The reamining four matches are still in progress.
