Poland are the Men’s Team European Champions.

Poland 1 are the new Men’s European Champions after a dramatic victory over Malta.

It came down to a two ball finish in a deciding Frame where Aaron Busuttil had a chance to win it for Malta after his team mate Chris Peplow set him up beautifully for pink into the corner pocket, but agonizingly the ball stayed out of the pocket.
