Referees Performing Excellently in Sarajevo

EBSA Referees Assessor Ingo Schmidt has had nothing but praise for the Referees officiating here at the 2024 European Championships in Bosnia and Herzegovina. There are 18 different Nations represented by the Referees in Sarajevo and they work long hours and are dedicated Volunteers.

Igor Schmidt said “I am so happy with the standard of Refereeing here in Sarajevo and everyone of our Referees have been excellent, both of and on the tables. I have not heard the Referees complain about anything and they have embraced this event”.

Igor continued “We will have Two new Class Three Referees, Four new Class Two Referees and One new Class 1 Referee. It has been a great display of dedication and a love for the game”.
