Steadman Wins Back-to-Back European Titles

England’s Craig Steadman is a European Senior Champion once again following his 5-3 victory against England’s Mark Joyce in the FAFA Resort in Golem, Albania.

12 Months ago it was Portugal that saw this great player win his first EBSA European Title and one year later he defended his title with a fantastic winning frame that included a magnificent final red ball to seal the deal.

It was Joyce wo got off to a very good start and led 2-1, but Steadman won the next three frames to leave him just one frame away from victory, but back came Joyce with a fantastic 117 clearance to add to his tournament highest break of 135.

Steadman fired back in the final frame taking a 60+ lead, but Joyce came back into the frame, mainly due to a strange run of in-offs, but in true Steadman Style he took on a very tough red ball into the corner pocket, to put the Final to bed and retain his European Title.
