Women and Seniors semifinals on the run

The semifinals of the Women and Seniors 2021 EBSA European Snooker Championships are already being played at Albufeira’s VidaMar Hotel Resort Hotel.

Welshman Darren Morgan is facing England’s David Brown in Seniores semis

In the Seniors event, with the semis being played best of 7 frames, England’s David Brown is facing Ireland’s Frank Sarsfield while Welshman Darren Morgan is battling at the green cloth with another English competitor, Wayne Brown. The final of the Seniors event will be played Friday starting 10 a.m. best of 7 frames.

England’s Jamie Hunter battles with Russia Anastasia Nechaeva for a place on Friday’s Women’s final, to be played also best of 7 frames starting 1 p.m..

In the Women event, Anastasia Nechaeva from Russia faces England Jamie Hunter while Belgian Wendy Jans is going to play Poland’s Izabella Lacka also best of 7 frames this Thursday afternoon at Salgados. The final will be played Friday at 1 p.m. also best of 5 frames.

Along with the two singles competitions – who’s finals will take place only Friday, October 15th – the round-robin matches of the Men Teams event are also on their way at the 16 tables in the venue.
