EBSA Cue Zone Day 2 goes Croatian

Day two of the Cue Zones organised by The European Billiards & Snooker Association to highlight the EBSA Snooker Coaching Academy was held this morning with players from the Croatia in the Dolmen Hotel in Malta. 

EBSA head Coach PJ Nolan and his team of Official EBSA Coaches are conducting free coaching sessions each morning from 8.30am -9.30am during the 2015 Under 21 and Team EBSA Snooker Championships.

At present EBSA have 36 Qualified coaches from Ireland, France, Romania, Israel, Bulgaria, Wales, Malta, Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy and Spain on the coaching team.

This morning PJ worked with Filip Bermanec and Jan Jelenićon on improving their technique and they practiced some routines to improve their cue ball control, long potting and safety game.

PJ said ‘ He was very impressed with the two players this morning and both showed this week that Croatian snooker is on the up and up and any help the EBSA can do for any member country we will do it.

If you would like to become an EBSA Official Snooker Coach, first step is to get your National Governing body to write to the EBSA to nominate you to apply to hold a course.
