On November 10, 2025, during the AGM of the International Billiards Sports Federation (IBSF) in Doha, Qatar, witnessed by IBSF Chairman Mubarak Al-Khayarin and officials from others member countries, Xingpai and the European Billiards Sports Federation (EBSA) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

According to the agreement, the two parties will establish a ten-year in-depth strategic partnership, engaging in comprehensive collaboration across areas such as event cooperation, youth development, coach and referee training, and equipment technology innovation.

EBSA President, Maxime Cassis, said : I am delighted to welcome Xingpai CEO Mr. Jason Gan as the Main Sponsor of the EBSA. Our players and member associations will be happy to play on the professional XINGPAI Tables starting from the next European Championships that will take place in March 2026 in Spain.
