Sincere Condolences as Thailand’s legendary ‘Godfather of Snooker’ Sindhu Pulsirivong passes away.

The European Billiards and Snooker Association would like to convey their sincere condolences to the Family and Friends of Sindhu Pulsirivong who has very sadly passed away.

We also extend our sympathies to the Billiards Sports Association of Thailand (BSAT) on this very sad loss.

BSAT issued this very sad news ‘The Billiard Sports Association of Thailand expresses its profound sorrow at the passing of Mr. Sindhu Pulsirivong, former President of the Association and President of the World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association, who passed away today at the age of 91.
Mr. Sindhu was a pioneering figure in Thai snooker and one of the key founders who established the strong foundation of the sport in Thailand. Serving as President for nearly thirty years, he played a vital role in elevating Thai snooker onto the international stage and fostering close cooperation with the global snooker community.
His dedication, leadership, and vision have left an enduring legacy that will continue to inspire future generations of players and administrators.
The Association extends its deepest condolences to his family and loved ones during this time of grief.
May he rest in peace’.

The EBSA would like to echo those sentiments and say that as a fantastic person and a legendary figure in our Sport Sindhu is a man that will never be forgotten for all that he has given to our game. Our thoughts and prayers are with Sindhu’s Family at this very sad time.
