Swapping the White Gloves for the Cue as World Class Referee Desislava Izrantceva cues it up for Bulgaria
Imagine being the World’s Top Referee having been the first Woman Referee to officiate the three finals of the Professional Triple Crown Events. Disislava refereed the Masters and the UK Championship in 2022 and then became a Bulgarian Super Star in 2025 when she Refereed the World Professional Snooker final in Sheffield at the iconic Crucible Theatre.
Now Desislava has temporarily put the white gloves away and is representing Bulgaria in the EBSA European Snooker Championship in the Women’s Championship as a player.
