2026 European Snooker Championship is Officially Opened and everyone is ready to go!
The Players meeting was held at 9am on the opening day of the Championship Wednesday the 9th of September where the EBSA President Maxime Cassis welcomed everyone to the Ramada Princes Hotel here in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Maxime was joined by the President of the Host National Federation Oleg Velinov who also welcomed everyone to the Bulgarian Capital
As the EBSA President explained to everyone, because of the problems with Airlines and Flights, the EBSA have made very important changes to certain tournament schedules to accommodate everyone here in Sofia.
Conditions are excellent in the two venues with 14 top class XINGPAI Championship heated tables in place. The Snooker continues until the 24th of September with the third European Disability Championships and Q-Tour Europe Event 2 included.
