Dear EBSA members,

I hope that you had a nice summer break and now ready to start the new Snooker Season 2026/2027.

I am sending you a very important information regarding the booking of the rooms at the Ramada Hotel in Sofia/Bulgaria during the next European Snooker Championships ;

–        As mentioned in the attached invitation letter (page 5), the Ramada Hotel is offering the possibility for you to choose between ‘Superior Rooms’ and ‘Business Rooms’

–        As it was not possible to add a column on the Online Travel & Accommodation Form, it is important that you mention your choice in the last column of the form (Sharing with) – Some examples as follows :

o   Should you ask for a single room then, please fill in the last column : Single Business or Single Superior

o   Should you ask for a double or Twin room then, please put the name of the person you are sharing with and also the choice of the room : Business or Superior.

o   PLEASE make sure to update that information before Friday 28th August (midnight CET)

–        You can also send me an email with the details of your choices regarding those Business or Superior rooms if you wish and I’ll forward it to the Hotel reception just to make sure you get what you are asking for. Thank you
