Here we go! Albania 2025 European Championships 3rd – until the 19th of October.
Rebecca Kenna and Craig Steadman will be back in Albania looking to defend their European Singles Titles in just over a week or so. Both Kenna and Steadman also won the Ladies and the Seniors Team Championship respectively, but now partner different players in the Team events.
Steadman just came a Frame short in the EBSA Shootout last year in Portugal when he lost out to Iullian Boiko who defended his EBSA Shootout Title, but in March 2025 Boiko went on to become the European U21 Champion securing a Main Tour Card and now will not be eligible to go for three in a row and the Ukrainian wont be back for the Men’s Team Championship either where he also took home the Gold Medal.
The same can to be said for Last Year’s winner of the EBSA 6 Reds Championship which was won by the Austrian star Florian Nüßle. Florian realised his childhood dream and became a Professional player in Turkiye when he was a winner at the Q-Tour Finals.
So as they say “One Door Closes and Another One Opens” and that certainly could be the case in Albania.
