Men’s Team Championship Final Malta v Ukraine

HERE WE GO AGAIN
This final in the Men’s Team Championship has a lot of history between Malta and the Ukraine in the last 12 Months.
A year ago it was the Ukraine’s Iulian Boiko and Denys Khmelevsyi who tasted victory in Portugal with a win over Malta to lift the Title and now we have a re-match today, four different players, but the same two Nations.
As for Malta, well they are going for title number six and one of todays players in the Red and White is Isaac Borg the son of Alex Borg who won four out of the five previous Men’s Team European Championship Titles. Last year Alex and Isaac became the first Father and Son Team to compete at a European Men’s Team Championship together.
Another Maltese legend Tony Drago won Gold in Belgrade in 2019.
