Seniors European Snooker Championship Day One.

It has been a very interesting opening day in Albania for the 2025 Seniors European Championship with England’s Lee Stephens catching the eye with two lockout performances and a very impressive 120 opening tournament break.

The players that you expect to do well early on in their respective groups are delivering with solid performances including the defending champion Craig Steadman who opened his account with a three frames to nil victory.

Belgium’s Kevin Hansenns showed some real class with two Century + breaks in his opening match as the Belgian Wizard knocked in a 125 and a 118 and even though he is not long in the Senior Ranks, he certainly has got everyone’s attention here in Albania.

Anther standout performers included the Republic of Ireland’s Benny O’Brien and Northern Ireland’s Gregory Cooke.
