Cini defeats Topham - European Billiards & Snooker Association

Malta’s Brian Cini had an excellent 3-2 victory over Welshman Ed Topham in the third session of the day here in Bucharest. The young Matlesse player now has three wins from three in Group G and sit’s just behind England’s Sanderson Lam in second place in the group on frame difference.

Lam also won his third match in this session beating Marvin Losi from Switzerland 3-1 and he now joins a host of players still yet to be defeated after this session including Kacper Filipiak, Stephen Bateman, Adam Stefanow, Rhys Clark, Declan Brennan and Daniel Dempsey after they all notched up wins today during session 3.

Romanian hopes were boosted also with Andrei Orzan making it two wins from three in his group after he beat Jeff Jacob’s from Belgium 3-1.
