EBSA are saddened to learn of the death of Referee Tutor, Vic Hartley

Vic represented the EASB (England) as an International Referee at many EBSA Championships over many years. A real gentleman and excellent referee-examiner, who always welcomed newer and less experienced referees into the snooker & English Billiards family with his passion and love of refereeing. He will be greatly missed by his friends and colleagues around Europe.

Our sincere condolences go to his family and friends. May his soul Rest In Peace.
