Four countries in U21 semifinals

Poland, Ukraine, Wales and Belgium are the four countries represented in U21 EBSA 2021 European Snooker Championships semifinals to be played Thursday at 10 a.m. best of 7 frames at Albufeira’s Vidamar Resort Hotel.

U18 EBSA 2021 European Snooker Championship runner-up Julien Leclercq beat England’s Aidan Murphy by 4 frames to 2 in the quarterfinals this Wednesday night and will face Anton Kazakov: the Ukraine ended the U18 European Snooker Champion’s – and, as Julien Leclercq, from Belgium – dream of repeting Aaron Hill’s 2020 achievement joining U18 and U21 titles, winning 4-3.

In the other semifinal, Dylan Emery, winner of the Welsh clash with his fellow countryman Liam Davies in the decider (4-3) will face Poland’s Antoni Kowalski.

Kowalski got the ticket for last four survivors in the U21 event winning his quarterfinal match with Austrian Florian Nussle by 4 frames to 2. The Six Reds event continues to be played simultaneously with the final decisions in the U21 event this Thursday at Albufeira’s Vidamar Resort Hotel Algarve in this 2021 EBSA European Snooker Championships at Salgados until October 17th.
