All three Polish teams marched into the semifinals of the 2023 European Championships in Albena (Bulgaria). All of them are assured of a medal with Israel being the only other country still in the running for the title.
Reigning champions Poland 1 (Mateusz Baranowski/Antoni Kowalski) started strong against Bulgaria 1 with Kovalski knocking a 109 for a 3:0 lead. Viktor Iliev helped the hosts claw one frame back with a break of 74 but in fifth Velian Dimitrov had an unfortunate in-off foul on the green helping Poland 1 escape further troubles.

Poland 2 defeated Ukraine 2 4:3 after Tomasz Skalski beat Shoot Out champion Iulian Boiko on the black in the deciding seventh frame. Poland 3 had little trouble handling Malta 1 on the way to a 4:1 win. What stands on their way to an All-Polish final is Israel who clean swept Malta 2 4:0.
